On Monday, February 28th, at a Special Communication of St. Mark’s Lodge the members welcomed their newest Master Mason, Brother Jeremiah Allen.
Brother Allen joins other members of his family that were Masons and to commemorate the event, Wor. Richard Perry presented him with a ring and masonic working tools which had belonged to grandfathers on both sides of his family.
Be sure to take a moment and congratulate Bro. Allen when you see him next.
On Thursday, December 19, Brother Rubin received his third degree in Masonry and became St. Mark’s newest Master Mason.
He’s pictured here with Bro. Frank Garcia (left) who was our Acting Master that evening and Bro. Lester Williams (right) who sponsored Bro. Rubin and is a 50 year member of our Lodge.
Please be sure to congratulate Bro. Rubin on his achievement the next time you see him.
We’d also like to thank Rt. Wor. Mike Salisbury and Wor. Bob Porter for helping out with the degree work that evening.
On October 10, St. Mark’s Lodge raised FOUR Master Masons and all should be congratulated on their achievement.
Pictured from left to right, Bro. Richard Leavitt, Bro. Alexander Nelson, Wor. George Chapman, Bro. Evan Bush, and Bro. David Thompson.
While the raising of four Master Masons was historical, it was made all the more special in that Bro. Nelson is the FOURTH generation of his family to become a Master Mason. It should be noted that all four generations have been members of St. Mark’s.
Pictured below from left to right, Bro. Richard Nelson (grandfather), Bro. Alexander Nelson, and Bro. David Nelson (father). Congrats to the family.
Just a reminder to all the members of St. Mark’s Lodge that we have a Master Mason Degree scheduled for this Thursday evening, October 10th, work will begin at 7:30.
This will be a historical night as we will be raising a young man who represents the fourth generation of his family and his father and grandfather will be will us as well.
Don’t miss out on this evening, please make every effort to attend.
Congratulations to Bro. Carlton Stallings on receiving his Master Mason Degree on Friday January 18th, the first to be conducted by St. Mark’s Lodge in 2013.
Please be sure to congratulate Bro. Stallings the next time you see him.
Also shown here with Bro. Stallings are Wor. George Chapman, Master of St. Mark’s Lodge (left) and Rt. Wor. Bro. David Smith, District Deputy Grand Master for the Second Masonic District (right).
